Lucid dreaming easy as 1-2-3 Here's how to have lucid dreams, it's easy and it works, I've tested and confirmed. Write the words "Am I dreaming?" on the back of your hand(s). Everytime you will see those words during the day your subconscious will answer truthfully ("no") and your conscious mind will follow. If you repeat the above for several days you will start seeing the words (or, asking the question "Am I dreaming?") WHILE you're dreaming. Now your subconscious will answer, truthfully. You'll see the words, you'll answer "yes, I am dreaming" and that's when you'll be dreaming consciously. To master your dreams is another story, but, as described above, you can easily become aware that you're dreaming just by tricking your subconscious into asking "Am I dreaming?". Test for a few days and you'll see :)
